Location: Barry, Wales
Type: Full time
Salary: £30k-£35k
Dovetail and Slate are recruiting on behalf of a leading education provider based in Barry, Wales.

Role Purpose
Oversee day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
Ensure smooth communication between team members and customers.
Support growth plans, including managing tasks for new launches.
Responsibilities
Handle administrative management and office operations.
Manage customer service inquiries and provide professional support.
Maintain and operate office equipment efficiently.
Process invoices and carry out basic accounting tasks.
Coordinate daily schedules and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.
Support the development of new processes as the organisation expands.
Requirements
Experience within an educational setting.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Familiarity with finance and invoicing (desired).
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
Self-motivated, resilient, and committed to giving back to the community.
Right to work in the UK.
