As the Office Manager, you will spearhead the delivery of comprehensive and efficient business support services and systems to the Clinical Governance team. Your responsibilities encompass a wide array of crucial functions, including human resource support and advice, financial management, purchasing, IT systems management, database administration, records management, and the establishment and review of specific administrative processes and protocols. Additionally, you will oversee the provision of office accommodation and other essential office functions, ensuring a seamless and productive work environment.

About the role:

Reporting to the Nursing Director, this role is responsible for the provision of comprehensive and efficient business support services and systems to staff within Clinical Governance. These services include human resource support and advice, financial management, purchasing, IT systems, data bases, records management, the establishment and review of specific administrative processes and protocols, the provision of office accommodation and other office functions. Duties for the role will include:

Supporting to the Director with information relating to human resource management,
Overseeing recruitment and selection processes,
Assisting in the preparation of budget proposals, preparing and analysing financial reports,
Scheduling meetings and monitoring diary.
About you:

Experience in applications of Human Resource Management, principles and practices,
Providing comprehensive and confidential office management function, including secretarial support to a Senior Executive Officer,
Experience in providing concise minutes of meetings,
Experience in maintaining office budgets and monitoring expenditure,
High level of proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office suite of products.
