In our optimized CIP Platform, CIP Terra Technologies – a project delivery company delivering projects from onshore wind, solar PV and battery energy storage systems, to bioenergy, thermal and transmission infrastructure – is currently looking for Office Manager cum Executive Assistant to join and lead our office in Mumbai, India

Team
As an Office Manager cum Executive Assistant, you will part of Global Offices and Executive Support steam, you play a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the CIP Terra Technologies office. As well as the Office Manager cum Executive Assistant collaborates with various internal teams at CIP Terra Technologies, including Investment Teams, Capital Formation, Finance, Legal, IT, and People & Culture, and contributes to creating an efficient and professional office environment that supports CIP’ Terra Technologist global collaboration and investment activities through this role.

Role
The Office Manager cum Executive Assistant plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless executive support and efficient office operations. This position provides high‑level administrative and personal assistance to senior executives, while also taking full ownership of office management, HR support, and local compliance. The role requires well-developed organizational skills, discretion, proactivity, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for seamlessly managing various aspects of our office, having an integral part in ensuring a safe, efficient, and productive work environment. Your multifaceted responsibilities will encompass a wide range of administrative and operational tasks, facility management, HR coordination, guest reception and event preparation all aimed at supporting the smooth functioning of our office.

Through your collaborative approach and unwavering attention to detail, you will be an important part of maintaining an environment where employees and visitors are supported, valued, and fully engaged. By adeptly addressing the diverse and evolving needs of our organization, you will ensure the seamless operation of our office, laying a solid foundation for sustained growth and productivity at every level.

Responsibilities will consist of but are not limited to:
Executive & Personal Assistance

Provide comprehensive, anticipatory executive and personal assistance to executives, ensuring effective prioritization and time management
Manage and maintain complex calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements, ensuring schedules are accurate, aligned, and up to date
Coordinate closely with internal teams, including the Strategy Office and other stakeholders, to support executive activities and workflows
Handle incoming inquiries, correspondence, and meeting coordination with a high level of professionalism and discretion

Office Management & Operations

Oversee office management and daily operations to ensure a well‑organised, efficient, and professional workplace
Manage the setup and transition of a new independent office, including coordination with architects, utilities, IT providers, and external vendors
Plan and coordinate office layouts, systems, and equipment procurement to support operational efficiency
Oversee visitor access, site inductions, and coordination of external meetings and events
Manage general administrative activities including filing, documentation, travel arrangements, expense management, printing, scanning, and record‑keeping
Continuously review and streamline office procedures, processes, and events to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Support HR-related activities, including onboarding of new hires and coordination of employee logistics
Ensure local HR practices align with global policies and local employment regulations
Act as a key point of contact for local stakeholder and legislative matters, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and requirements

You
We are specifically looking for candidates who have completed a relevant degree in fields such as Organization, commerce HR, and who bring solid experience from leading banks, law, or consulting firms positions. Moreover, you are a highly responsible and structured individual who is thriving in a highly effective and innovative environment.

Practical experience in facility management, operations coordination, and HR support, combined with solid organizational skills to oversee multiple tasks and priorities
High communication and interpersonal abilities, ensuring productive relationships with internal teams and external contractors.
Thrive in a diverse environment and perform well at handling a variety of tasks.
Fluent in Spanish & English with a solid knowledge of MS Office.
Detail-oriented, structured, and thorough, with resilience and a service-minded approach
