Full Time Office Manager (38 hours)
Brief details about the position:
· Permanent full-time position
· 38 hours per week
· $80,000 per year + superannuation
· Location: Peakhurst

Your duties and responsibilities as an office manager:
Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure administrative procedures run smoothly
Manage office budgets, track expenses and process invoices and payroll in coordination with the finance team
Maintain accurate employee records and support HR tasks such as recruitment and onboarding
Coordinate communication between departments, suppliers and external stakeholders
Organize company files, ensure proper documentation and maintain data security and confidentiality
Supervise administrative staff and provide training and support where required
Manage scheduling, meetings, travel arrangements and general correspondence for management
Monitor office supplies inventory and liaise with suppliers for timely replenishment
Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations
Support business reporting and assist in preparing company documentation and presentations
Skills and Required Experience
You must have:
· At least Diploma in Business or a related field
· Minimum 2 years’ experience in office administration or office management
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other general software
· Strong leadership skills
· Language skills in Mandarin, Cantonese and English will be highly regarded
