Summary

We are seeking an Office Manager to join our dynamic team at Uk Commercial Group. In this role, you will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment, supporting our staff and enhancing productivity. Your contributions will directly impact our mission to provide exceptional facilities management services.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow.
Manage and support administrative staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
Implement organizational systems to improve office efficiency.
Coordinate communication between departments and manage office correspondence.
Assist with human resources tasks including recruitment and onboarding processes.
Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is in working order.
Requirements

Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar administrative role.
Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Familiarity with clerical procedures and office management systems.
