Senior or junior Receptionist required to assist in the running of a busy multidisciplinary practice with 4 therapists and a rehabilitation gym in Beecroft.
The position is on a part time or full time basis and flexible for the right candidate/s.
The successful applicant needs:
- Knowledge of Xero
- You need to be able to multi-task effectively, have excellent interpersonal skills and telephone manner.
- Provide an outstanding level of customer service and good communication skills.
- Experience in all areas of front office management, preferably within a health clinical background.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and maintaining the day-to-day running of the reception and administration of the practice.
- Diary management, billing patients, and maintaining daily balance sheets.
- Oversee 5 casual reception staff.
- Maintain accounts of all income and expenditure
- Reconcile bank statements
- Payroll and superannuation payments
- PAYG and BAS taxation reconciliations and payments.
