Job description, work day and responsibilities

• Keep the office premises clean and tidy.
• Ensure proper maintenance of furniture, equipment, and common areas.
• Assist office staff with routine tasks like photocopying, scanning, and document delivery.
• Help in setting up meeting rooms and arranging required materials.
• Deliver files, documents, and messages within the office.
• Assist in managing office paperwork and organizing records.
• Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
• Ensure drinking water supply is available in the office.
• Collect and deliver office-related items, including couriers and supplies.
• Visit banks, post offices, or other external locations as required.
• Assist in managing office supplies like stationery and pantry items.
• Report any shortages and restock supplies as needed.
• Greet and assist visitors in the office.
• Guide guests to appropriate departments or personnel.
• Handle minor maintenance tasks like changing light bulbs or fixing simple issues.
• Support office staff in miscellaneous tasks when needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
