Job description

Our client in the furniture industry is currently looking for an office store manager for their Dorval location. Do you have an entrepreneurial streak and a passion for retail? Do you like challenges, building something concrete and seeing the results of your actions quickly? We're looking for a versatile, results-oriented store manager who can manage a store

think strategy, do field and digital marketing, negotiate with brands... and above all increase revenue.

Tuesday-Saturday 9AM-6PM

A progressive position with a high degree of autonomy

Competitive Salary 60,000-80,000$ + Commission/Bonus

Responsibilities

Develop the store's vision and identify new growth opportunities (products,

markets, partners)

Negotiate with brands or distributors to acquire quality stock

Monitor sales and adjust strategy to maximize results

Operations & logistics

Plan and organize sales (dates, locations, transport, installation)

Manage inventory, warehousing and product preparation

Coordinate suppliers and logistics partners

Marketing & image

Manage advertising campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, newsletters, etc.)

Supervise photo/video content and strategy

Oversee photo/video content and digital strategy

Become the face of the store on networks and in our communications

Sales & customer experience

Oversee in-store and online sales

Create an engaging customer experience: price, atmosphere, offers, service

Manage promotions and conversion strategies

Team & HR management

Recruit, train and motivate your team Manage schedules, allocate tasks and monitor performance

Financial follow-up

Draw up budgets, monitor margins, and optimize

Qualifications

Bilingual English and French (required to be able to communicate with our customers, partners andemployees)

Sense of initiative, leadership and autonomy

Comfortable with digital tools, social networks and direct sales

Experience with Social Media

Knowledge of Shopify an asset

Experience in retail or sales /officemanagement

Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach
