Job Description

Are you an amazing Administrator?

We’re looking for a talented Administrator to help us keep the good energy flowing.

As our Office Support and Engineering Administrator you’ll be responsible for providing effective and efficient administration, customer service and operational support for the Christchurch office and Woolston & Bryon Street LPG sites while assisting the LPG Engineering team with maintenance and project related activities.

This is a 12 month fixed term position to provide cover for an employee on parental leave.


Qualifications

What you will bring

Along with being an awesome team member with a ‘get up and go’ attitude and loads of initiative you will have:

Proven experience as a senior administrator and/or office manager in roles that have included a wide range of administrative tasks.
Proficient using computer software including Outlook, Excel and Word and other Microsoft products
Broad knowledge and understanding of office support services and systems
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent time management and work planning/organisational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
