Responsibilities
The successful applicant will provide office-based support, engage with stakeholders, build positive relationships with clients and their representatives, and provide high-volume administrative support with uncompromised attention to detail. Additionally, you will receive and escalate internal and external queries to the appropriate account manager, review and manage multiple property agreements, and engage in regular team meetings.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should have previous experience in sales, contracts administration, real estate, or property management. The successful applicant will be a confident and collaborative team player with an ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously, possess high attention to detail within fast-paced environments, and be able to work autonomously within an office environment.
