The Opportunity
This Office Support role plays an essential part in supporting the day‑to‑day operations of the business. Working three days per week, you’ll support multiple teams and manage key administrative and office tasks within a professional services environment. It’s a great fit for someone who values structure, enjoys variety, and is confident working in a professional services setting.
Key responsibilities:
Provide consistent, high‑quality administrative support to the team.
Manage document scanning, filing, archiving, and accurate data entry across internal systems.
Collect, distribute, and manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Maintain office inventory, monitor stock levels, and coordinate ordering of stationery and office supplies.
Support the smooth day‑to‑day running of the office, ensuring shared spaces are organised and presentable.
Liaise with external suppliers as needed to support office operations.
Handle general office administration tasks and ad‑hoc duties as priorities shift and business needs evolve.
What You Bring
Experience in an office support or administration role, ideally within a professional services environment.
Strong organisation skills and a sharp eye for detail.
Confidence working with multiple stakeholders and supporting team members.
A proactive mindset with a friendly, can‑do approach
Comfortable with data entry, document management, and general office systems.
Reliable, adaptable, and happy to work 3 days per week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday preferable)
