Position Title : Business Analyst
Job type : - work from office
Job location : - Ghansoli
Job timing : - early morning Singapore shift
Key Responsibilities :
• To support and response to Singapore user inquiry about below operation considering the banking business background. Loan, Guarantee, Credit Limit Managements operation following the standard work flows and ACBS system
• Create or enhance user operation guide, FAQ for common inquiries from the users.
• Communicate with related Head Office business analysts about necessary inquires for enhancing standard workflows and operations.
• Communicate with related Head Office & Singapore IT developers about necessary inquires especially relating to system incidents.
• Maintain standard workflow document of GCBS systems
• Study backlog items and plan for necessary enhancements considering priority of the business.
• Willing to travel for short business trips to Asia-Pacific offices (especially Singapore) when required.
Mandatory skills :
• Expertise in loan, guarantee, credit limit, and Loan operation.
• Business-level proficiency in English (verbal & written) is mandatory as the staff is expected to read & understand documents as well as respond and communicate with all levels within the organization (project members, Head Office teams including management in Tokyo.
• Knowledge of ACBS Systems is preferred.
• Understanding of Banking product life cycles and the downstream requirements of transaction and financial data
• User Training, UAT and Quality Assurance Support
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite of tools
• Good Experience of Business Process Management
Qualification : - Graduate preferably Engineering and / or technical background.
Note : Candidates residing at Central suburbs and Navi Mumbai will be preferred.
Experience : - minimum 5+ yrs experience as business analyst +Banking + loan operation + Acbs systems
