Full job description
Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Worker to join our team. The Office Worker will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks and providing support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This is a full-time position. Duties: - Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees at the front desk - Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person - Schedule appointments and manage calendars - Perform data entry and maintain accurate records - Type and prepare documents, reports, and correspondence - Assist with inventory management and ordering office supplies - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages - Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking - Provide general administrative support to the team Requirements: - Proficient in computer skills, including knowledge of Google Suite or similar software - Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping - Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information - Knowledge of medical or dental office procedures is a plus Please note that all positions at our company are paid positions.

Pay: $30.00-$32.00 per hour
