This in turn helps us to provide better support to our broad client base. The Role Responsibilities Business Ensure all the requests are completed as per the agreed timeline. Ensure the quality of the input is well maintained Processes Accurate input & Maintenance of Customer Data (e.g., ISIC codes, CRG, Address, ARM codes, X-Reference etc) in Static Data systems SCI / SCI FM & FM TP systems Accurate input of all on-boarding & maintenance activities. Ensure verifying the transaction wherever the system is setup for the Deal Single Release (DSR). Ensure that all TP ID&rsquos are cross referred in SCI / SCI FM system based on L1/L2/L3 matrix. Ensure CDD guidelines are adhered to at all times. Ensure pre-processing activities are carried out as per the laid down guidelines. People and Talent Ensure timely completion of all e-Learning Courses Ensure cross training is completed to support other teams Risk Management Ensure strict compliance to Group Code of Conduct at all times Ensure proper maintenance of work stations and the work environment. Ensure adherence of Clean Desk Policy of SCGBS. Governance Ensure that system access controls are followed as per IT Security Policy. Ensure Departmental Operating Instructions are understood and followed appropriately. Regulatory & Business Conduct Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group&rsquos Values and Code of Conduct. Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank.
