Monitoring of daily inward activity for Mandates and Instruments.
Case Disbursed but not update need to publish to Branch and follow-up with Central Ops team.
Handling the branch query on day to day issue related to inward process.
Monitoring of Successful register mandates send to storages and keep end to end tracking of the same
Monitoring the daily SAGE / SFDC request and report send to all Team members.
Mandate registration status need to update in the system T+6 days once mandate handover to banks
Follow-up with Branches / Sales / Collection and Product team to get the revised mandate from customers and time to time update the same to Sr. Management team.
Final Mandate rejected cases need to send to Sales / Collection and Product team on daily basis
