Job Title: Back Office Executive – Government Sales
Location: Goregoan , Mumbai , India
Employment Type: Full-Time
The Back Office Executive – Government Sales is responsible for managing administrative tasks that support the government sales team. This includes handling documentation, coordinating with various departments, ensuring compliance with government regulations, and maintaining accurate records to facilitate smooth sales operations.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Tender and Proposal Management: Assist in preparing and submitting government tenders, ensuring all documentation meets required standards.
- Documentation and Compliance: Maintain and organize all sales-related documents, ensuring adherence to government compliance and audit requirements.
- Data Management: Update and manage customer databases, sales records, and inventory logs pertinent to government contracts.
- Coordination: Liaise between the sales team and other departments such as finance, logistics, and legal to ensure timely delivery and contract fulfillment.
- Customer Support: Address inquiries from government clients, providing necessary information and resolving issues promptly.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports on sales performance, contract status, and other key metrics for internal review.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a back-office role, preferably within government sales or a similar sector.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems.
Must have skills:-Proficiency in MS Excel specially in V- lookup
Communication Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and reporting.
- Understanding of Government Processes: Familiarity with government procurement procedures and compliance requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications: Additional certifications in public procurement or contract management are advantageous.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in local languages and English to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights to support sales strategies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Job description
The primary objective of the role is to acquire National Pension Scheme (NPS) subscribers from Central Government and State Government employees of assigned territory /location.
Locations :
Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kanpur, Kolkata, Madurai, Mumbai, Aurangabad, Mysore, Nagpur
Nashik, Pune, Thiruvananthapuram, Vishakhapatnam.
Primary responsibilities:
• Engage with NPS nodal officers / decision makers for empanelling DSP Pension Fund Managers as preferred Pension Fund Manager.
• Build the mind share amongst NPS subscribers / nodal officers through engagement activities like awareness sessions etc.
• Acquire the NPS subscribers for pension fund business.
• Cross sell annuities as well other financial products.
• Resolve service-related queries of subscribers.
Knowledge & Skills required for the role:
• Working with any BFSI dealing with Central Govt, State Govt or PSUs.
• Domain knowledge of NPS and Annuity and Pension Funds business.
• Previous working experience with any Pension Fund Managers or any Annuity Service Providers will be preferred.
• Presentable personality with good communications skills.
Outcomes expected from the role:
• Number of new NPS subscribers acquired.
• Asset under management (AUM) acquired.
• Number of awareness sessions conducted.
• Achievement of cross selling targets
Educational Qualifications:
• Minimum Graduate from any stream
Years of Experience:
• 2 to 10 Years of experience
