- Sound functional knowledge of retail banking ops processes
- Conversant with core banking applications (Finacle preferred) and CRM applications
- Working knowledge of workflow applications such as Siebel, FCRM etc.
- Usage of MS Excel and MS Word
- Knowledge about KYC process
- 2+ years of experience banking operation
- Good communication skills both oral and written
- Good interpersonal management skills
- Problem solving skills
- Decision making ability
