As the individual in the role, you will have the responsibility of managing data, keeping records, documenting project activities, and writing reports. You will work closely with the H.O. Communications team to ensure effective social media and other communication coverage for the projects. It will be your task to design data collection and record-keeping tools in both physical and digital formats. Collecting, compiling, and disseminating project documentation, including reports, presentations, and case studies, will also be part of your duties. Supporting the Project Manager and other team members in monitoring and evaluating project progress will be important. Building relationships with key stakeholders, such as donors, government officials, and community members, will be crucial. You will represent the organization at meetings and conferences. Additionally, you will be assigned various other tasks by the organization as needed. At WOTR you will • Be responsible for data management, record keeping, documentation and report writing • Be responsible for liaising with the H.O. Communications team to ensure appropriate social media and other communications coverage for the projects • Design the data collection and record keeping tools/ formats (physical and digital) • Liaise with vendors for various communication needs such as videos and photos • Collect, compile and disseminate project documentation, including reports, presentations, and case studies • Support the Project Manager and other members of the project team in monitoring and evaluating project progress • Build relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, government officials, and community members • Represent the organization at meetings and conferences • Perform any other task assigned by the organization from time to time.
