Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate
Experience: 2-5 years in pest management industry. Candidates with sales experience in service or product sales to commercial segment are also acceptable.
Specific Skills :Should have basic knowledge of pest management services and industry and customers who avail pest management services. Knowledge of fumigation treatments preferred. Good oral and written communication skills.
Job Purpose :Assist the branch to achieve business goals by promoting NBHC pest management services and getting orders to achieved budgeted revenue.
Roles & Responsibilities of Officer, Senior Officer, Associate Manager, Area Manager(Sales)
• Promote NBHC pest management products and services among target customer segments and generate customer orders as per the sales target assigned.
• Update EVA ERP on leads, quotations and orders so that accurate status of sales pipeline and orders obtained is known. Update all interactions in EVA ERP for record of such events.
• Maintain product pricing during sales to achieve desired gross and net profit margin.
• Coordinate with Operations team to ensure timely initiation and continued provision of effective services to customers.
• Ensure timely receipt of payments from Customers within the company's credit period by timely submission of invoices and follow up for payment.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and effective response to customer feedback.
• Maintain good relationship with customers through telephone calls and personal visits
