Business Function
Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Job Purpose
• To render efficient and high-quality FD opening process and services.
Key Accountabilities
• Implement new processes / initiatives on a local level, which will either help in improving the processing capability or enhance regulatory compliance
• Obtain minimum satisfactory audit rating for the team
• Ensure all activities related to KYC is adhered with respect to bank guidelines
• Ensure and adhere the defined and agreed SLA/TAT are met
• Drive automation to reduce manual effort
• Ensure highest customer satisfaction through constantly lowering complaints
Job Duties & responsibilities
• To carry out of day to day operations of the bank with efficient and high-quality delivery in TD operations (TDO) and services.
• Liaise with branch operations and CSM to improve services and reduce the rejections
• Ensure all activities related to TDO is adhered with respect to bank guidelines
• Achievement of SLA/ TATs to be ensured and backlog to be reduced
• Review efficiencies of processes & aid seniors in improving processes
• Review end to end process and reduce overall process time
• Error rate to be evaluated on monthly basis and errors to be reduced
• Governance standards
• Effortless Banking for customers
• Collaborative support for business
• New project support
• Implement MTK across all units and measure Efficiency & Utilisation
• Vendor Management on material outsourcing and align with regional standards
• To ensure proper storage, filing and maintenance of Account Services Documents
