Job Responsibilities
• Generating sales invoice and sending email to the clients.
• Creating Performa invoices for finished goods and following up with client on payment.
• Maintaining and entering sales orders, Performa invoices and sales invoices into an excel spreadsheet.
• Update the dispatch details from the system and send to domestic as well as overseas clients.
• Sending other related documents to multiple manufacturing units of the company.
• Sending ledgers and details as per client's requirement.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams.
