Job Description

Position Purpose

To perform operational duties in TATs prescribed by the bank with due diligence


Customer Service

To ensure that all the daily transactions are monitored for same day error-free completion in co-ordination with relevant stakeholders. Be available for clients to act as their partner and advisor. NIL pending / delayed transactions on daily basis at the Branch. Client delivery and advisory for their satisfaction – focus on global TATs than Branch TAT. NIL / minimal client complaints and incidences.


Compliance

Ensure all transactions are processed strictly as per internal procedures / policies and regulatory guidelines as well as adhere to internal accounting norms.
