• Identification of BC / Agent
• Support the BC’s to collect the proper documents as pert the Banks guideline.
• Agreement and Document collection from BC
• BC / Agent Field level onboarding support
• To provide proper device demonstration
• To give proper product training to the Agents
• Up time Downtime update to the field on time
• Monitor and support the field level technical issues.
• Filed level monitoring of Agents performance and Sales promotional activities.
• Ensure that business generation is as per the regulatory and internal compliance
