Support- Achievement of Key Portfolio Goals Support Manager - Strategy - RPM in designing, implementing, monitoring and improving portfolio interventions for effective management of the delinquent portfolio against the background of Product specific strength areas and operating constraints. Help execute, & improve portfolio interventions and monitor the same. Budgeting & Target Framework - Portfolio Management Collaborate with Central Support unit's for gathering and analysing key information required for preparing budget templates Identify and incorporate portfolio specific trends and key variables that determine behavior of collection portfolio's Put together a strong analytics driven budgeting platform that allows effective decision making by senior members of the Collections team To support target setting at different hierarchical levels supporting line directives and Budget expectations Portfolio Monitoring Deployment of critical portfolio interventions initiated by the Strategy unit Prepare structured MIS to monitor effectiveness of the unit's key initiatives Prepare Weekly, Monthly MIS's on various portfolio segments which include but not restricted promotion, vintage, risk score etc. to help senior management to monitor the portfolio and make key decisions based on the report Prepare and rollout Newsletter for Retail Portfolio Management unit Cater to ADHOC MIS / PPT requirements raised by NCH's Process & Performance Scorecards Rollout Process & Performance Scorecards for Bank Officers based on the parameters and weightages assigned by the NCH's Identify and incorporate key areas of focus for the unit through effective liaison with ZCLM's to drive the line teams to achieve the goals set for the unit Customer Engagement Implement customer engagement framework across product suites through the Central Process Units Prepare templated MIS for effective tracking of the communications sent across various buckets / channels Review data for identifying gaps and recommend amendments
