Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Offline Event Executive based in Pune. As an Offline Event Executive, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing offline events such as product launches, customer relationship events, and promotions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and sales, to ensure the events align with our brand image and meet business objectives. You will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with vendors and suppliers, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring all aspects of events are executed smoothly.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in event planning and execution
• Experience in managing budgets and timelines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask, work independently and as part of a team, and under pressure
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
