We are looking for a dynamic and personable Offline Community Engagement Specialist who can create, manage, and grow offline community engagement programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with community members, organizing offline events, and developing creative strategies to promote brand awareness and loyalty.
This individual will work closely with internal teams to ensure consistent community messaging, engagement, and experience across all offline touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with community members, influencers, and local partners, ensuring that they feel connected and supported by the brand.
• Plan, organize, and execute offline meetups, and activations that foster community growth, engagement, and brand advocacy.
• Manage communication with community members, keeping them informed of upcoming events, updates, and initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop offline community content (photos, videos, recaps, etc.) that highlights key events and initiatives.
• Collect and communicate feedback from the offline community to improve customer experience and develop new initiatives that resonate with the target audience.
