As we expand our footprint in Pune, Lucknow, and Noida, we’re looking for dynamic, result-driven Offline Business Development Executives to join our mission.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify and engage potential clients through offline channels such as campus outreach, local networking, and educational events.
Relationship Building
Build and maintain strong partnerships with educational institutions, coaching centers, and other key stakeholders.
Sales Presentations
Deliver compelling presentations and demos of Zell Education’s offerings to prospective clients.
Negotiation & Closing
Effectively negotiate and close deals to meet sales targets and drive business growth.
Market Analysis
Track market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and feedback to support strategic decisions.
Event Management
Organize and conduct impactful seminars and webinars to promote our programs and engage potential clients.
Team Collaboration
Work closely with cross-functional teams to align on strategies and ensure smooth execution of business development initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 2–4 years in offline or field marketing, preferably within the EdTech or education sector.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident in engaging and influencing stakeholders.
Negotiation: Proven ability to negotiate and close deals successfully.
Adaptability: Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using MS Office and CRM tools.
Role Details
Location: Pune, Lucknow, and Noida
Experience Required: 2–4 years in offline/field sales or marketing
CTC: Up to ₹5.5 LPA
