Job Title: Offline Marketing Executive – Student Onboarding (Indore)
Location: Indore (Hybrid – Office & Field) | Full-Time
Salary Range: ₹30,000/month (starting) + Commission (based on performance)
Experience Required: 1+ years in offline marketing, event management, or local influencer marketing Also Have good hold in offline community

Job Summary:
We are looking for an Offline Marketing Executive who will help onboard students for our AF Skill House academy through local marketing strategies. The role involves building and nurturing strong relationships with local influencers, colleges, schools, and event management teams. You will also engage in offline campaigns to drive student sign-ups and grow brand awareness in Indore.
Responsibilities:
• Implement and execute offline marketing campaigns to attract students to AF Skill House
• Build and manage relationships with local influencers, colleges, schools, and event organizers
• Drive student sign-ups through local events, flyers, offline advertising, and community engagement
• Assist in organizing offline events (seminars, workshops, or educational fairs)
• Work closely with the marketing team to align strategies for both online and offline channels
• Represent the company at local events, fairs, and exhibitions
• Collaborate with the sales team for student onboarding and retention strategies
Requirements:
• Strong network of local influencers, colleges, schools, and event management contacts in Indore
• At least 1 year of experience in offline marketing, event management, or community outreach
• Proven ability to engage with the local community and drive leads
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in local marketing strategies
• Must be local to Indore and familiar with the community dynamics
• Flexible and able to work in a hybrid model (Office and fieldwork as required)
