Job description
Job Title: Offline Sales Executive
Job Location: Kolkata
Job Summary:
ORT is an innovative EdTech organization dedicated to helping students overcome reading challenges and build confidence through personalized learning solutions. We are expanding our presence in Kolkata and are looking for a passionate sales professional to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Drive offline sales by promoting our educational solutions to schools, institutions, and parents.
2) Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders in the education sector.
3) Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our offerings.
4) Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through field visits and networking.
5) Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to regional growth.
6) Provide timely reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor insights.
Qualifications and Skills:
1) Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field.
2) 23 years of proven experience in sales, strictly in the education industry.
3) Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
4) Willingness to travel extensively within Kolkata and nearby regions.
5) Candidate must be based in Kolkata. Applications from outside the city will not be considered.
6) Fluency in English and Bengali is preferred.
