Job Description
- Seeking a career in the IT industry with a long-term desire to move into Sales role.
- The incumbent will be required to interact with US Clients to seek and set up appointment for Sales Personnel.
- Identify market potential for the IT Services and Staffing.
- Generate quality leads through account/market research, cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn
- Send introductory email to decision maker/s - make cold calls and follow ups with prospects.
- Works well with customers to maintain high level of customer satisfaction and develop strong relationships
- Inside Sales activities including lead generation, up-sell/cross sell, qualification of prospects.
- Disciplined implementation of the sales process and contribution to improve the sales strategy.
- Documentation of all sales metrics.
- Good verbal and written communication.
- Self-driven & ability to work individually and as part of a team.
Profile Specification :
- 3-5 year of IT Sales relevant work experience related to inside sales.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Proven selling skills/relationship building skills.
- International Market exposure a must, US exposure preferred
