This position requires a proactive approach attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

- Greet clients and visitors in a warm and professional manner, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
- Manage and route incoming calls, taking accurate messages and transferring calls to the appropriate individuals within the organization.
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve grievances in a timely and courteous manner.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and processing packages.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, conference rooms, and common spaces.
- Assist with preparing and formatting documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• *Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong command of the English language.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work performed.
- Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
