Overview:
As an Oil Change Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the performance and longevity of our Guest’s vehicles by performing routine oil changes and preventative maintenance services. You will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring efficient and high-quality service delivery to meet the needs and expectations of our guests.
Responsibilities:
• Perform Oil Changes: Execute oil changes according to manufacturer specifications, ensuring the use of appropriate oil type and quantity for each vehicle.
• Inspect Vehicles: Conduct visual inspections of vehicles to identify any potential issues or areas requiring attention, such as leaks, worn-out parts, or fluid levels.
• Fluid Checks: Check and top up fluid levels, including coolant, brake fluid, power steering fluid, and windshield washer fluid, as part of routine preventative maintenance.
• Basic Maintenance Tasks: Assist with basic vehicle preventative maintenance tasks, such as, filter replacements, fluid exchanges, and light bulb replacements.
• Guest Service: Provide excellent guest service by greeting guests enthusiastically, addressing their inquiries, and explaining service recommendations clearly and courteously.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Keep work areas clean and organized, including the service bay, tools, and equipment, to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
• Follow Safety Protocols: Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times to prevent accidents and injuries, including proper handling of hazardous materials and use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Documentation: Accurately document services performed, parts used, and any additional recommendations for future maintenance or repairs.
• Policy & Process-Will follow and execute company policies and procedures.
