Our client's Oil & Gas Team is the largest UK-based team dedicated to this industry, providing expert advice to clients globally on all aspects of the oil and gas sector. This includes upstream, downstream, CCUS, LNG, platforms, pipelines, FPSOs, shipping, transportation, gas storage, supply chain management, decommissioning, M&A, and financing.
Candidate Profile:
We seek an Associate lawyer with 2+ years of PQE gained in private practice or in-house, preferably in the UK or another common law jurisdiction, with a focus on commercial, corporate, or oil and gas law.
A strong background in transactional, projects, and supply chain work in the oil and gas sector, either domestically or internationally, is essential.
The ideal candidate will have experience drafting and negotiating oil, gas, LNG, and LPG sale and purchase agreements.
A commitment to professional development and a deep understanding of the oil and gas industry are crucial for success in this role.
