1. Cleaning and Sanitizing: Perform thorough cleaning of all rooms and common areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces. Ensure all surfaces are sanitized to meet health and safety standards. 2. Linen and Towel Service: Regularly change and launder bed linens and towels. Ensure they are fresh and neatly arranged in each room. 3. Restocking Supplies: Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies, toiletries, and amenities as needed. Inform the supervisor when supplies are running low. 4. Maintenance Reporting: Report any maintenance issues, damages, or repairs required in the apartments promptly. Collaborate with maintenance staff to address these issues. 5. Guest Interaction: Provide a friendly and helpful presence for guests. Address any specific requests or concerns promptly and professionally. 6. Inventory Management: Keep track of inventory for cleaning supplies, linens, and other housekeeping materials. Maintain accurate records of inventory levels. 7. Compliance with Safety Standards: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while performing housekeeping tasks, including the proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment. 8.
