1. Creation of Backhaul network Plans for all towns
2. OLT backhaul readiness
3. AG2 parenting and sequencing plan
4. Creation of Access path for all OLT
5. Prepare Enterprise readiness of partner OLT
6. OLT-AG2 LSPM OTDR validation
7. Granite database creation as per plan
8. Plan for Material monthly as per deployment plan
+. BNG creation and Utility configuration push to all OLTÂ's
10. OLT SO6 closure
11. Weekly failure analysis and Joint RCA review
12. Resiliency improvement proposal
13. LT card addition in OLT
14. OLT P2B process completion
15. Daily, Weekly and monthly review of partner project
Skills & Competencies :
1 Basic Understanding of Access network (FTTx) and GPON
2 Basic Understanding of IP MPLS network and Broadband network
3 Basic knowledge of fiber and Tx network
4 Strong organizational skills and experience with Excel and Word
