Legal & Liaisoning Exceutive

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Studying and interpretation of statutory documents related to land & new Real Estate Project proposals, for understanding issues related to title

· Understanding interpreting bye-laws of sanctioning authorities of real estate projects and due diligence towards completion etc.

· Drafting and negotiating legal documents, including contracts and wills.

· Advising clients and explaining complex legal matters.

· Attending court to assist solicitors and barristers with the presentation of their case

· Preparation of documents and completion of all settlements pertaining to Commercial & Residential

· Preparation of documentation.

· Liaising with Clients banks and solicitors regarding settlements.

· Commercial Leasing – including the drafting of Deeds of Leases

· Estate administration including drafting Wills, preparation of Enduring Powers of Attorney and management of investments for estates.

· Any other tasks as delegated from time to time by the Commercial Partners.

Skills Requirements:

· Proven ability to prepare well written legal Documentation

· Good communications skills

· Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook)

· Good organizational skills

· Calm and reliable under pressure
