JOB LOCATION- SECTOR 3, NOIDA

SALARY RANGE-3-5LPA

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Ombudsman Operations Executive to join our team. As an Ombudsman Operations Executive, you will be responsible for drafting the customer complaint form, facilitating the timely submission of the 6a documents, and addressing any additional requirements communicated by the ombudsman.

Responsibilities:

Drafting Customer Complaint Form

Facilitating Timely Submission of 6a Documents

Assist customers in understanding the 6a documents

Guide customers in the completion and submission of the necessary paperwork.

Monitor the progress of document submissions and follow up with customers to ensure timely completion.

Act as a liaison between customers and the ombudsman, ensuring effective communication and coordination

Maintain accurate records of customer complaints, document submissions, and communication with the ombudsman.

Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance the ombudsman operations process.

Stay updated with industry best practices, regulatory changes, and new guidelines related to complaint handling

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of work experience in the insurance industry, preferably in a customer service or operations role.

Solid understanding of insurance products, policies, and procedures.

Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to complaint handling in the insurance industry.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and internal stakeholders..

Attention to detail and accuracy in drafting documents and reviewing submissions.

Proficiency in using computer software and tools, including MS Office Suite and CRM systems.

Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team-oriented environment.

Problem-solving skills to address customer complaints and adapt to changing circumstances.

Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
