• Location: Bangalore
• Exp: 10 Years
• We are looking for a Senior Business Development Leader for our India Bangalore Office
Should be able to identify new business opportunities and effectively manage the up-selling process (Familiar with diversity organizations like MNSDC, GMSDC, USPAACC and pursue to close vendor ship and business deals with corporations).
Work with existing clients to grow business in IT Service Delivery and Staffing.
Must have experience in the IT Service Industry. Must act as a liaison between the Company and Clients.
Should have strong awareness of organizational goals, protocols, budgets, and strategies and an ability to implement this information to meet Company goals.
Must be Sales driven with a consistent and lengthy record of over achievement across a number of vertical markets.
Experience in managing cross functional & cultural teams and in building new business both through channel and direct sales.
