Elements Law Recruiting is partnering with a growing, highly respected law firm that is opening a brand-new office in downtown Seattle. We are seeking a reliable and organized On-Site Office Clerk to play a key role in the setup and ongoing buildout of the office.
This position is ideal for someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and enjoys being involved in the coordination and execution of a new office environment from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
• Act as the on-site point of contact for receiving deliveries and coordinating schedules for incoming equipment and vendors
• Coordinate and manage delivery timelines to ensure efficient setup of the office
• Assist with assembly and setup of office equipment, including desks, chairs, and workstations
• Move and arrange office furniture and supplies as needed
• Support the ongoing buildout and maintenance of the office space
• Ensure the office remains organized, clean, and operational during setup phases
• Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and internal team members to ensure smooth execution
Qualifications
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Ability to manage schedules and communicate effectively with vendors and team members
• Comfortable lifting and moving heavy equipment (desks, chairs, boxes, etc.)
• Reliable, punctual, and proactive
• Ability to work independently in an on-site environment
• Prior experience in office support, facilities, or similar roles is a plus
