Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Onboarding Field Sales role based in Ghaziabad. The role involves engaging with potential venue partners, explaining the benefits of partnering with PARTYWITTY, and managing the onboarding process. The individual will drive sales efforts, generate leads, facilitate communication with new venues, and ensure a seamless experience for both parties. Additionally, the role includes ongoing relationship management to foster collaboration and maintain high service standards.
Qualifications
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively address client inquiries and build relationships.
• Expertise in Sales and Lead Generation to identify opportunities and close deals with venue partners.
• Proficiency in Sales Operations to manage the onboarding process and ensure smooth workflow.
• Proven ability to work independently and meet targets in a field sales role.
• Prior experience in sales, events, or hospitality industries is a plus.
• Open to travel within Ghaziabad and nearby regions as part of the role.
