Job role: VOA (Voiceover Artist)/ Author On-boarding Specialist
Duration of Contract: 1 year
Experience: 6 Months to 1 Year
Stipend: Rs 25,000
Location: Hybrid mode
Must have: Prior experience in recruitment & Bilingual / Multilingual (Hindi, Tamil, English)
Responsibilities:
• Sourcing authors based on the requirement from the company through relevant hiring platforms.
• Preparing course communication with the appropriate Manager.
• Delegating tasks to the new authors and answering their questions if any.
• Preparing cold calling list of author based on technology when required.
• Supporting author till the completion of course and communicate the rework planned if any.
• Preparing on-boarding email templates for the author.
• Staying up to date with innovative and creative ways of on boarding new geeks
