What a successful Lead OneTrust Developer do at Fiserv?
Analyzes, defines and documents requirements for data, workflow, logical processes, and interfaces with other systems. Conducts analysis of organizational needs and goals for the development and implementation of OneTrust modules. Proposes innovative, creative technology solutions. Contributes to the achievement of related teams' objectives.
What you will do:
Responsible for the development, administration, and support of the OneTrust eGRC Platform.
Responsible for OneTrust solutions development including screen design, data fields, calculations, workflows, integrations, etc.
Responsible for setting up control standards library content and mappings with custom content pack.
Participates in rapid prototyping activities in real-time with the clients to configure the OneTrust eGRC platform to meet client business needs.
Well versed with OneTrust application, questionnaire and web form building.
Good knowledge in access control module throughout all the levels of access.
Configuring all kind of notifications in OneTrust and troubleshoot.
Good exposure on OneTrust integrations with different systems like Splunk, sFTP, SQL Server etc. to pull & push data/files is added advantage.
Experienced with Reporting and Dashboard to support management with insights.
Working directly with users for their issues and supporting their applications on regular basis along with the existing development and enhancement.
Should be well versed with troubleshooting OneTrust issues.
Experience on Privacy, Policy Management, and IT & Security Risk Management.
