The Cash Management Specialist will provide professional, courteous, and efficient customer service to customers using the Bank's Online Services. This includes setup, review, and remote onboarding of new and existing cash management services.
This role involves reviewing customer setups and resolving problems within given authority and SLAs. The specialist will also participate in special department projects and conduct daily tasks in accordance with Ives Bank's business plan and regulatory requirements.
