Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven Online Bidder with hands-on experience on Upwork and other freelancing platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and bidding on relevant projects, generating quality leads, and achieving set targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients and bid on suitable projects via Upwork and similar platforms.
Generate and nurture leads through platforms like LinkedIn, Freelancer, and email outreach.
Meet or exceed monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
Draft persuasive proposals and communicate effectively with prospects.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handovers.
Requirements:
Proven experience with Upwork bidding and freelance project acquisition.
Strong understanding of lead generation strategies across platforms.
Target-oriented with a track record of achieving or surpassing KPIs.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Experience: Min. 4 Years
