Online Bidder - Business Development Executive

Job Summary : We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Online Bidder with 1–2 years of proven experience managing bidding profiles on platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer and others. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in generating business leads, crafting compelling proposals, and effectively handling client communications.
Key Responsibilities :
Proactively identify and bid on suitable projects across platforms like Upwork, Freelancer etc.
Craft customized, clear, and persuasive proposals based on each client’s specific needs.
Communicate with international clients via chat, email, and video calls to understand project scope and expectations.
Follow up consistently on active leads and convert them into successful business opportunities.
Collaborate closely with technical and design teams to ensure project deliverables align with client requirements.
Maintain detailed records of bidding activities and provide regular updates to management.
Skills and Qualifications:
1–2 years of experience in online bidding or business development within an IT or digital services company.
Solid understanding of online bidding platforms and strategies for building a strong, credible profile.
Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills.
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal abilities.
Proven ability to meet monthly targets and work within tight deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
