URGENT HIRING for BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and negotiating and closing deals. The Business Development Executive will also be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, conducting market research, and collaborating with the marketing team.
Role and Responsibilities:
• Bidding on various portals like GURU/ UPWORK / Freelancer and bringing up the projects for the company.
• Develop and manage efficient networks for Business Development.
• Pitching products and/or services.
• Growing business through the development of new leads and new contacts
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role in the software development industry is mandatory.
• Must have knowledge of online bidding for IT Projects (Bidding Tools: Freelancer, Upwork, Fiver, etc.) and proposal posting.
• Should possess excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Should have knowledge/experience in Social Media Marketing
• Should be interested in writing blogs/forum
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
