Job Description:
Meesho is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Online Call Center Manager to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 7 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing our online call center operations and ensuring excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage a team of online call center agents to deliver exceptional customer service.
2. Develop and implement strategies to improve call center efficiency and effectiveness.
3. Monitor and analyze call center metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
4. Train and mentor call center agents to enhance their performance and customer service skills.
5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
6. Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve call center operations.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
2. Proven experience in managing an online call center operation.
3. Strong analytical skills to assess call center performance and make data-driven decisions.
4. Excellent people management skills to lead and motivate a team of call center agents.
5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and navigate change seamlessly.
6. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
7. Experience with call center technology and software systems.
