Job Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a professional and friendly manner.
Provide support by answering questions, resolving issues, and guiding customers through processes.
Document and update customer information in the system.
Work collaboratively with the support team to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude while assisting customers.
Requirements:
No previous experience required—training will be provided.
Strong written communication skills.
Ability to type at least 40 WPM (words per minute).
A reliable internet connection and a laptop or desktop computer.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
A quiet workspace to provide uninterrupted customer support.
