### Job Description
Zoho Corporation is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Online Client Service Assistant to join our growing team in Mumbai. As a key member of our client service department, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and support to our digital clientele. This is a part-time position ideally suited for individuals with strong client engagement skills who can work independently and confidently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
### Key Responsibilities
- Client Interaction: Act as the first point of contact for clients, responding to their inquiries through various online platforms including email, chat, and social media. Provide accurate information about our products and services in a professional manner.
- Issue Resolution: Analyze client issues or concerns and provide timely, effective solutions that align with client needs and enhance their overall experience with our products.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of client interactions, issues, and resolutions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system to ensure timely follow-up and analysis of client behavior.
- Support Coordination: Collaborate with other departments such as Sales, Technical Support, and Product Development to facilitate seamless communication and resolution of client issues.
- Feedback Implementation: Collect and analyze client feedback regularly to identify areas for improvement in the client service process, and suggest innovative ideas to enhance our service offerings.
- Product Familiarization: Stay informed about the latest updates and features of our products to effectively assist clients and communicate any changes or benefits to them.
- Client Training: Conduct onboarding sessions, webinars, and live demonstrations for new clients, ensuring they are comfortable and proficient in using our services.
- Performance Tracking: Meet client service metrics and targets, maintaining a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
### Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a relevant field.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in a client service or support role, preferably within a tech company.
- Personality Traits:
- Confident: Able to communicate effectively and assertively with clients.
- Independent: Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously with minimal supervision.
- Soft Skills:
- Innovation: Demonstrates creativity in problem-solving and in providing service improvements.
- Analysis: Proficient in evaluating client data and feedback to derive actionable insights.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with customer service software, CRM systems, and online communication tools. Basic knowledge of the SaaS industry is a plus.
- Language Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in additional regional languages is an advantage.
