Razorpay is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Online Contact Center Specialist to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. As an essential part of our contact center, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service experiences, ensuring our clients feel valued and supported on their journey with Razorpay.

### Responsibilities

- Customer Support: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via multiple channels, including chat, email, and social media, ensuring a high-quality service experience.
- Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer issues, complaints, and queries with a focus on providing timely solutions while adhering to company policies.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of Razorpay's products and services to effectively guide customers and provide accurate information.
- Process Improvement: Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to processes, tools, and documentation to enhance the customer experience and efficiency.
- Customer Feedback: Collect and document customer feedback and insights, working collaboratively with the product and service teams to continually improve our offerings.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions in the contact center's database, ensuring all relevant information is up-to-date.
- Training Support: Assist in the onboarding and training of new team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to cultivate a supportive learning environment.
- Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and maintain communication regarding ongoing issues.
- Ownership: Take responsibility for queries assigned, following up as necessary to ensure accountabilities are met and issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
- Reporting: Generate and analyze reports on customer interaction trends, using this data to inform and improve service delivery.

### Requirements

- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or support role, particularly in an online or remote setting.
- Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Personality Traits:

- Independent: Self-motivated, able to work autonomously, and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
- Soft Skills:
